dollop greek yogurt (about 1 tablespoon)
1 ounce coconut water simple syrup (or just coconut water)
1 ounce fresh lime juice
2 ounces Tanqueray gin
1 ounce rhum agricole/rum
A lassi-inspired cocktail from Pouring Ribbons bartender/part owner Shannon Tebay.
Muddle the makrut lime leaves in cocktail shaker.
Add yogurt, coconut water (simple syrup), fresh lime juice, gin, and rum.
Shake & strain over crush ice in large brandy snifter glass.
